📰 Fresh Off the Clocktower
💙 Help Bring the Hudson Inclusive Playground to Life!
Hudson Inclusive Playground (HIP) has been working tirelessly for over two years to create a space where kids of all abilities can play together. But now, they need our help—urgently.
After raising $1.7 million and purchasing almost half a million dollars’ worth of playground equipment, HIP was ready to break ground this summer. But due to unexpected federal budget cuts, an $850k grant was delayed indefinitely. Without this funding, the project faces a heartbreaking deadline:
👉 If the playground isn’t completed by June 2026, the funding will be lost, and the equipment will be scattered across other parks.
🏗️ Why It Matters
Families with disabilities know the fight. They know what it’s like to advocate daily, navigate endless appointments, and push through challenges with resilience. The HIP team has been doing that—and more—while raising funds and spreading awareness about the importance of inclusive play spaces.
They’ve come so far, but now they’re at a critical point.
💡 How You Can Help
We can’t let this dream slip away! Here’s how you can support HIP:
- ✅ Donate Today: Every dollar brings the playground closer to reality. Donate here.
- ✅ Learn More About HIP: Understand the mission and the impact this playground will have. Get more information here.
- ✅ Spread the Word: Share this message with friends, family, and neighbors who care about building an inclusive community.
⏳ Time is Running Out
If we don’t act now, the playground may never be built, and all the love, effort, and resources poured into this project will be lost. Let’s come together as a community and make sure this incredible vision becomes a reality for Hudson families.
Thank you for being part of something so meaningful! 💙🏞️✨
